If you ask my Mom, I’m the greatest broker in the history of the world. If you ask my kids, I’m annoying and have terrible jokes. If you ask my clients, I’m really damn good at my job (and also have terrible jokes). Growing up in a military family, most of my childhood was spent between Europe and the Washington D.C. area. My father grew up in Alamo Heights so when he retired in ’92 we moved back to San Antonio to be near his Dad. I graduated from Churchill High School and did stints at San Antonio College and Texas Tech before finally graduating from Texas State University (SWT at the time) with a degree in advertising. After graduation, I got into the marketing field and worked for a few national marketing firms on grassroots marketing programs for clients like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, NBA, and NCAA, traveling around the country almost non-stop. After a few years of that, I decided to get off the road and get back home to SA. At the advice of my mentor, I looked into the real estate field because he said my personality and work ethic would be a great fit for the industry. Immediately I fell in love with the industry and I haven’t looked back. My marketing and branding background has helped me to effectively market and sell some of the most unique and exclusive properties in South Texas. Since 2004 I’ve been one of the top luxury brokers in San Antonio and the surrounding areas and I’ve got no intention of slowing down. I love this job because it presents a new challenge every day and I get to meet some of the most fascinating individuals in the world. Giving Back For almost two decades I’ve been incredibly blessed in this industry and I firmly believe in the Biblical principles “To whom much is given, much is expected.” The veteran community is very near and dear to my heart due to my family history so when I’m not selling real estate, I’m heavily involved in fundraising efforts for the Special Forces Charitable Trust, which is an amazing organization working with Green Berets and their families to help them overcome the stresses of war, deployment and military life.
